This Privacy Policy describes how Kadenwood Group LLC (“Kadenwood”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit kadenwoodconsulting.com or engage with Kadenwood Consulting, the revenue-advisory and growth division of Kadenwood Group.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Information you provide. Name, email, phone, company, role, and any free-text you submit through our application forms, booking flow, or correspondence.
- Usage data. Pages visited, referrer, IP address, browser, device type, approximate location (derived from IP), and interactions on the site.
- Communications. Records of email, message, and call exchanges between you and us, including notes from diligence and discovery calls.
3. How we use it
- To review applications and assess fit for an engagement.
- To schedule and conduct diligence and discovery calls.
- To respond to inquiries and deliver advisory services.
- To send transactional and operational messages relating to a request you initiated.
- To produce aggregated analytics and, where applicable, anonymized case studies. Personally identifying information is redacted before any external use.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use a small set of first-party cookies for site functionality (session, security) and, where applicable, lightweight analytics to understand how the site is used. You can change your cookie decision at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
5. Third parties and service providers
We use third-party platforms to operate the site and our engagement process. Each has its own privacy practices, which you can review directly:
- iClosed: application and booking engine. Stores name, email, phone, and booking metadata.
- Vercel: site hosting and edge runtime.
- Analytics and email providers: used for site measurement and transactional correspondence.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. No mobile information (including phone numbers collected for SMS) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS / text messaging. If you provide a mobile number and consent (for example, when booking a consultation or submitting an application), we may send you text messages about scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-up regarding your inquiry. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in consent is never sold or shared with any third party.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to operate our engagement process, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Backups may be retained for an additional period before secure deletion.
7. Data security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; you transmit information at your own risk.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU and UK under the GDPR/UK GDPR, and California under the CCPA), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.
